Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with target audiences.
  • Plan, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, and updates.
  • Conduct deep market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to understand buyer personas, pain points, and buying criteria.
  • Create high-quality sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and FAQs, to help commercial teams win deals.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and adoption.
  • Work closely with Product Management to align roadmap initiatives with market demand and ensure customer feedback shapes future features.
  • Track and report on product launch performance, adoption metrics, and marketing campaign ROI, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Act as the internal and external advocate for our products, ensuring consistency in how our value proposition is communicated across all channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Growth Marketer, or similar commercial marketing role within software, tech, SaaS, or digital product environments.
  • A track record of planning and executing successful product launches from conception to post-launch analysis.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and messaging skills, with an ability to simplify technical jargon into clear, value-driven copy.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitor tracking, and customer discovery interviews.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms (like HubSpot or Salesforce), and collaboration software (like Jira, Confluence, or Asana).
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills, with a proven ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams toward shared revenue goals.
