Job Summary

Own the delivery roadmap for your content capability workstream, shape features from end‑user pain points, and prototype AI enabled workflows while piloting and iterating with internal teams and external partners.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define product requirements, user stories and success criteria for content capability tools across the production cycle.
  • Own the delivery roadmap for your workstream - prioritising based on user impact, technical feasibility and strategic alignment.
  • Work backwards from end-user pain points to shape features, UX and acceptance criteria.
  • Develop and test AI-enabled products and workflows hands-on - using AI coding assistants (e.g. Kiro, Claude) to prototype product solutions and validate feasibility before committing to full engineering investment, as well as identifying where automation adds genuine value vs. where human judgement is required in workflow processes.
  • Run pilots and beta programs with content marketing teams across EU P&M; gather feedback, measure adoption, iterate.
  • Identify friction points in real workflows and rapidly iterate solutions before scaling.
  • Codify learnings into repeatable implementation patterns that can travel across EU markets.
  • Manage delivery through external vendors and internal partner teams - holding to timelines, quality bars and agreed scope.
  • Partner with Creative Operations, Content Delivery, and Creative teams to ensure tools integrate into existing production workflows.
  • Act as the connective tissue between end users, capability leads, and vendor delivery teams - translating needs in both directions.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
  • Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
  • 4–6 years of experience in product management in marketing, content, or technology environments
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools - using AI coding assistants, LLMs, or automation platforms to prototype working solutions yourself
  • Experience translating strategic requirements into product specs, workflows and delivered solutions
  • Strong execution skills with attention to detail and bias for action

Preferred

  • Experience in content marketing operations, creative production workflows, or publishing at scale
  • Experience managing external technology vendors or agency partners through a build/delivery cycle (SOWs, sprints, acceptance testing)
  • Familiarity with DAM systems, workflow orchestration platforms (e.g. Asana, Workfront), content automation tools, and/or metadata/taxonomy standards
  • Ability to write clear product documentation that non-technical stakeholders can act on and technical partners can build from
  • Experience with experimentation and measurement - designing pilots, defining success metrics, and using data to make go/no-go decisions
  • Experience driving adoption of new tools and workflows, understanding of change management
