Job Summary

Own paid media strategy and execution to drive leads and ROI while collaborating across content, product marketing, sales and web teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver the paid media strategy to support lead generation, pipeline growth and wider business objectives.
  • Plan, execute and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Manage campaign performance through bid optimisation, audience targeting, budget allocation and conversion rate improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and increased market visibility.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, sales and web teams to deliver integrated and effective marketing campaigns. Oversee paid media budgets, ensuring spend is effectively managed and delivers maximum return on investment.
  • Drive continuous improvement through testing, innovation and the adoption of PPC best practices.

Requirements

  • Significant experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns within a commercial environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering lead generation and conversion growth through paid marketing activity.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta advertising platforms.
  • Experience using analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, keyword research and bidding strategies.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and optimising spend to maximise ROI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data.

Preferred

  • Experience within a B2B SaaS, technology or software business.
  • Knowledge of EHS, QMS, Compliance, Collaboration or related sectors.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
