Job Summary

Own the client strategy and growth across channels, guiding account teams and aligning with senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Cross-functional collaboration with Programmatic & ATL, SEO, and DIT to deliver integrated campaigns and align on growth opportunities.
  • Lead account leadership and development, including 1-2-1s, mentoring AMs/AEs, and executive client engagements.
  • Executive engagement with senior stakeholders, delivering MBRs/QBRs with actionable insights and roadmaps.

Own the client strategy and growth across channels, guiding account teams and aligning with senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure client accounts align with business objectives.
  • Utilise business acumen to understand client industries and identify growth opportunities.
  • Make strategic decisions to address client challenges and provide recommendations.
  • Act as a mentor and leader to the account management team, offering support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with departments like Programmatic & ATL, SEO, and DIT to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends to identify innovation and growth opportunities for clients.
  • Integrate tools and train AEs/AMs on best practices to proactively address potential issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations (MBR/QBR/Weekly) with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee Asana management to ensure best practice adherence by AMs & AEs.
  • Lead pod catch-ups and prepare talking points for team alignment on tasks and progress.
  • Attend Directors’ meetings with updates on client progression, opportunities, and roadblocks.
  • Conduct regular 1-2-1s with AMs to discuss growth, development, workload, and upcoming projects.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Lead and monitor the development and progress of Account Managers (AMs) and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Schedule regular 1-2-1s to discuss workload, growth areas, and well-being.
  • Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HoD to plan and source necessary training.

  • Drive agency positioning through new initiatives and collateral.
  • Prepare and participate in agency webinars and events.
