Job Summary

Own the paid media delivery for student recruitment, balancing platforms, budgets, and audience intent to drive outcomes with tight collaboration across Marketing and University teams.

  • Manage digital advertising across Google, Meta, and TikTok with ad creation, build, and reporting.
  • Create and implement a paid media plan aligned to audience intent, with regular performance reporting to stakeholders.
  • Communicate campaign value and delivery to wider teams while planning workload around platform updates.

Job Description

Own the paid media delivery for student recruitment, balancing platforms, budgets, and audience intent to drive outcomes with tight collaboration across Marketing and University teams.

  • Managing digital advertising, tactics and platforms.
  • Creating, implementing and reporting on a paid media strategy; primarily driving student recruitment through social, search and display advertising.
  • Collaborating with Marketing and wider University teams to ensure USPs and key messaging are driven by audience intent.
  • Ad creation, build and reporting for campaigns.
  • Plan workload effectively and adapt tactics based on platform updates.
  • Communicate the value and delivery of campaigns to wider teams.
  • Attend weekly team meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Recent, relevant experience in hands-on delivery of digital advertising to deliver strong results, including ad creation, build and reporting
  • Detailed knowledge of current digital paid media platforms (Google, Meta and TikTok) and best practice
  • Experience of and ability to manage a substantial budget day to day
  • Organisation skills; the ability to confidently manage a varied workload
  • Fixed term maternity cover position for 12 months starting on 14 September 2026
  • Working full-time, 35 hours per week
