Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies: Design, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Budget management and allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) while meeting business objectives and campaign KPIs.
• Campaign optimisation and A/B testing: Continuously optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, creative adjustments, and audience segmentation to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
• Data analysis and reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide detailed reports on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Audience targeting and segmentation: Create and refine custom audiences and lookalike audiences to improve ad relevance and personalisation, leveraging customer data, CRM insights, and platform targeting tools.
• Collaboration with creative teams: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, ensuring messaging, visuals, and formats are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
