Job Summary

Own regional partner marketing in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa with a data driven GTM that ties partnerships to pipeline and revenue.

  • Regional Partner Marketing: Run programs across webinars, demand gen, enablement, events, and social to drive engagement.
  • Cloud Partner Co-Marketing: Lead joint initiatives with AWS, Google Cloud and Azure to position Datadog in cloud ecosystems.
  • Cross functional Governance: Align with global marketing, product marketing, and sales to prioritize high impact initiatives and track performance via quarterly OKRs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events, and social media initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Lead co-marketing efforts with AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure to position Datadog's solutions effectively within the cloud partner ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with global marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact.
  • Understand and work within regions and stakeholders across Europe, Middle East and Africa
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, reporting on key performance metrics through internal and external quarterly OKRs to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Build our channel partner go to market strategy within specific regions across EMEA

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience working in marketing; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred
  • Fluent in English (Datadog's business language). French or German nice to have.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing roles that are external-facing
  • Demonstrated success generating leads and meeting targets with digital or in person campaigns
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and feel comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to influence others
  • You have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Comfortable utilise ing AI in daily work
  • This role requires 3 days a week in office in Farringdon
