Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Management Oversee content production and follow up with editors to ensure deadlines are met. Review Reels, graphics and captions for quality, accuracy and brand consistency. Manage content calendars, approvals and scheduling. Identify trends, creative opportunities and ways to improve client results. Assist with basic Reel editing and content creation when required. Client & Account Coordination Track client requests and ensure tasks are completed on time. Organise content shoots, meetings and upcoming campaigns. Coordinate with freelancers, editors and external marketing specialists. Identify opportunities to improve client services, results and account growth. Maintain organised records and provide daily progress updates. Business Operations & Administration Track staff and freelancer payments, invoices and recurring expenses. Follow up with external suppliers, including paid advertising and SEO specialists. Maintain the director's diary and support general business organisation. Flag outstanding tasks, deadlines and areas requiring attention. Support occasional influencer outreach, UGC sourcing and campaign coordination.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media, marketing, account coordination or business administration.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Reels and social media trends.
• Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and take initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence reviewing creative work.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut or similar editing software.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients.
