Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Creation Plan, write, and execute content across social platforms (primarily Instagram and Pinterest);
• Google Ads Plan, write and execute Google Ad campaigns, tracking performance indicators and metrics;
• Klaviyo Emails Plan, write and execute Klaviyo Email Newsletter campaigns, tracking performance indicators and metrics;
• Community Engagement and Loyalty Programme Build relationships with our followers and clients by replying to comments and direct messages on social media platforms, and via our new loyalty programme;
• Website Stock Maintenance Update existing and add new products onto the brand’s Shopify website as directed;
• In Store Engagement Warm and confident engagement with customers and processing of sales as necessary when on the shop floor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Experience with Google Ads
• Experience with Shopify useful but not essential
• Proactive, reliable and trustworthy
• Interest in fashion, independent retail and ethical small business
• Retail experience useful but not essential
