Responsibilities

• Content & Social Media
• Create and manage engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Plan and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks and short-form videos
• Create carousels and educational content using Canva
• Write strong hooks, captions and calls-to-action
• Identify trends and relevant topics around UK universities, UCAS, A-Level, IB and studying in the UK
• Manage comments, DMs and social media enquiries
• Continuously test new content formats and ideas
• Lead Generation

Requirements

• Experience in social media, content creation and/or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content
• Good knowledge of Canva and CapCut
• Understanding of Meta Ads and paid social is a strong advantage
• Commercial mindset and understanding of lead generation and conversion
• Creative, proactive and able to come up with ideas independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Turkish and strong English
• Highly organised and comfortable working independently

Preferred

• Experience in education or international education
• Knowledge of UK universities and UCAS
• Experience targeting students and parents
• Previous experience generating leads through social media
• Experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics
• Experience with CRM, email marketing or WhatsApp funnels
• Experience using AI tools for content creation and marketing
