Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Facebook and Instagram activity.
• Create engaging posts, stories, photographs and short-form video content.
• Plan and maintain a regular social media and marketing calendar.
• Promote menus, events, offers and the overall restaurant experience.
• Respond to social media enquiries, messages and customer comments.
• Support email marketing and wider promotional activity.
• Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase bookings and awareness.
• Assist with customer enquiries, bookings and basic sales follow-up.
• General office administration including emails, filing, data entry and spreadsheets.
• Assist with diary management, records, ordering supplies and basic HR administration.

Requirements

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram and social media marketing.
• Creative with a good eye for presentation and content.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Friendly and professional telephone and customer manner.
• Commercially aware with an interest in generating bookings and business.
• Previous office, hospitality, marketing or social media experience is advantageous, but training can be provided.
