Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering a marketing plan for both businesses.
• Working with our external partners.
• Creating and helping to create digital marketing content.
• Producing marketing materials for print and online use.
• Helping with photography, video content, case studies and customer stories.
• Supporting social media activity.
• Looking at ways to raise awareness of both businesses and the services we provide.
• Build and keep a lasting relationship with current and potential customers.
• Monitoring what is working well and recommending improvements.
• Supporting exhibitions, events and other promotional activities where required.

Requirements

• A marketing qualification or relevant marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage your own workload and priorities.
• Confidence working with a range of people across the business.
• A willingness to learn about our industries and technical services.
• An interest in engineering, manufacturing or the automotive sector would be highly beneficial.
• Experience with websites, content creation, photography, video, design or marketing strategy would be useful, but we do not expect one person to have done everything.
