Job Summary

Support day-to-day content, social media and creative projects while coordinating multiple ventures across Oxford, London, Germany, and Vancouver to keep momentum in a fast-moving startup environment.

Content & Social Operations: assist content creation, editing, posting, and social calendar management to enable consistent storytelling.
Project & Coordination Ownership: manage calendars, briefs, and cross-project timelines across tech, wellness, media, and culture initiatives.
Founders storytelling & narrative: help craft founder stories and partner materials to accelerate engagement.

Responsibilities

Support across content, social media, creative projects, and day-to-day coordination
Executive/personal assistant support
Social media coordination
Content creation and editing
Founder storytelling
Project and calendar organisation
Support multiple projects across tech, wellness, media, and creative ventures between Oxford, London, Germany, and Vancouver

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and short-form content
Experience editing video/content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
Strong visual and creative instincts
Ability to work independently and proactively
Based in Oxford/London or willing to travel occasionally (preferred)
Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

Preferred

Photography, videography, or content creation experience preferred
Interest in startups, media, wellness, technology, or culture is a plus
