Responsibilities

• Support across content, social media, creative projects, and day-to-day coordination
• Executive/personal assistant support
• Social media coordination
• Content creation and editing
• Founder storytelling
• Project and calendar organisation
• Support multiple projects across tech, wellness, media, and creative ventures between Oxford, London, Germany, and Vancouver

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and short-form content
• Experience editing video/content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
• Strong visual and creative instincts
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Based in Oxford/London or willing to travel occasionally (preferred)
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

Preferred

• Photography, videography, or content creation experience preferred
• Interest in startups, media, wellness, technology, or culture is a plus
