Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch and manage paid-search campaigns targeting US consumers.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Conduct US-focused keyword, competitor and market research.
  • Build campaigns around commercial intent, lead quality and profitability.
  • Create and test advertisements, landing pages, keywords, audiences and offers.
  • Improve conversion rates and reduce the cost per qualified lead.
  • Manage negative keywords, bidding strategies, budgets and geographic targeting.
  • Implement and verify accurate conversion and revenue tracking.
  • Analyse performance from initial click through to lead acceptance and revenue.
  • Identify differences in performance between traffic sources, devices, states and customer segments.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing paid-search campaigns in the US market.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
  • Experience generating measurable leads or sales through paid media.
  • A clear understanding of cost per acquisition, conversion rates, revenue attribution and return on advertising spend.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence making decisions using commercial performance data.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics and tag-management tools.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing budgets and tracking.

Preferred

  • US consumer finance, lending, credit, fintech, insurance or financial lead generation.
  • Experience working with lead buyers, ping trees, affiliate platforms or performance-marketing networks.
  • Knowledge of US state-level targeting and financial advertising restrictions.
  • Experience with landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate testing.
  • Experience managing paid social or native advertising alongside paid search.
