Own and optimize paid search across Search, Shopping and PMAX, while expanding into YouTube and Demand Gen to drive new customer growth through structured tests, data-driven decisions, and cross-channel coordination.

• Growth Infrastructure: Build testing pipelines and structured experiments that answer specific performance questions across campaigns, with clear prioritisation and documented rationales.
• Performance Analytics: Translate data into actionable next steps, validate incrementality, and surface efficiency leaks or cannibalisation risks to inform strategy.
• Collaboration & Knowledge: Document learnings in Asana/Slack, challenge assumptions with the Paid Search Lead and Growth Manager, and stay ahead of platform changes and new features.
