Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms, the priority for this role being Google Search.
  • Use various analytical tools to assess competitor activity and spot opportunities for growth.
  • Carry out accurate reporting, analysis, and research for existing and new paid media accounts.
  • Create comprehensive paid media proposals for new clients.
  • Regular communication with clients to understand their business needs and KPIs, and to update them on progress, results, and next steps.
  • Create monthly performance reports using Looker Studio.
  • Support the other members of the digital team.
  • Work closely with the design and development teams.

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience within a digital marketing agency.
  • Excellent abilities to strategise, build and optimise Google Search campaigns.
  • Strong overall understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Experience in planning, setting up, and optimising Google Display, Google Shopping, YouTube, Bing, and Meta campaigns.
  • Proven track record across different business verticals.
  • Ability to gather insights from analytical tools and recommend steps for paid media campaign optimisation.
  • Experience managing accounts with varying-sized budgets over multiple channels, target audiences, geographies, languages, and objectives.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills with the ability to adapt in agile ways of working.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong copywriting skills.

Preferred

  • - Experience in programmatic and contextual advertising.
  • - Experience in conversion tracking set-up using Google Tag Manager.
  • - Experience in using Looker Studio.
