Job Summary

Own the planning and optimization of paid media programs across Higher Education clients, turning data into action and delivering measurable results across search, social, and programmatic channels.

  • Own optimization and disciplined daily management of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Provide campaign builds, analyses and innovative thinking to drive client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Google & Facebook and translate campaign data into actionable strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the optimization of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns across Higher Education clients
  • Plan, write and launch paid media campaigns that perform and provide results
  • Provide a consistent output of campaign builds, analysis and innovative thinking
  • Disciplined daily management of all paid media campaigns
  • Track digital KPIs to measure campaign performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with Google & Facebook
  • Produce detailed and accurate client reports and competitor analysis
  • Demonstrate understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues and raise with the wider team
  • Be responsible for time keeping and ensuring in-house budgeting and time management software is updated daily
  • Optimize and improve client campaigns using the agency’s technologies

Requirements

  • Good technical knowledge of Paid Search & Social, at a minimum Google Ads & Facebook Ads
  • Passionate about media & marketing
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly analytical and data driven
  • Strong excel skills
  • Team player, who works well internally and across multiple teams
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour

Preferred

  • Experience with channels beyond Google Ads & Facebook Ads (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, Tencent)
  • Ability to work on international campaigns and in new media markets
  • Training provided in new areas to expand channel expertise
