Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - In planning, support audience and competitor research, explore consumer journeys, and help turn insights into media plans across channels. - In digital, support the set-up, monitoring and reporting of campaigns, helping the team understand what's working and where performance could improve. - Get into campaign data and help turn the numbers into clear insights for clients and the team. - Help prepare accurate, clear reports and presentations for clients and the team. - Organise meetings, take clear notes, and keep status reports and campaign documents up to date. - Work with clients, colleagues and partner agencies to keep campaigns running smoothly. - Support client budget administration, including approvals, purchase orders and billing forecasts. - Stay curious about clients' businesses, category news and media opportunities, sharing what you find. - Support new business requests for information on plans, budgets and channels.
