Business Development Manager- OPI
Territory: Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge, Norwich & surrounding areas.
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus, company car & fuel card

As a Business Development Manager you will drive growth within your Territory by building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This included an average of 8 client interactions per day, ensuring tailored solutions that’s maximise their success with OPI products.
We are looking for a proactive sales professional with experience in direct selling, strong negotiating skills, and a passion for closing deals. Your ability to communicate persuasively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.
We offer comprehensive training on OPI products, with the exciting opportunity to visit Wella Headquarters. This immersive experience will equip you with expert product knowledge and advanced sales techniques to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets based on territory turnover, active customers buying from OPI
- Drive customer loyalty
- Build strong relationships
- Attract New Customers
- Grow Clients spend using the portfolio
- Grow education with OPI products
