Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading media engagement ; delivering proactive campaigns and managing reactive press handling
Managing reputational issues ; responding quickly to enquiries and negative or inaccurate coverage
Owning our social media channels ; planning, writing and publishing content aligned to external priorities
Driving high‑quality content ; stories, video and leadership visibility that strengthen our narrative
Coordinating with external agencies ; ensuring clear direction and consistent messaging
Supporting local PR around sites ; improving sentiment in host communities through strong storytelling
Providing senior leadership media support ; preparing briefings, messaging and lines to take
