Job Summary

Own multi-channel media planning and cross‑media collaboration across AV and digital programs, with a strong focus on audience research, campaign support, and performance reporting for clients and media owners.

  • Cross Media Planning: Coordinate multi‑channel campaigns and deliver performance reporting with specialist teams.
  • AV and Programmatic: Support planning, activation, targeting, setup, monitoring, and analysis for AV and digital buys.
  • Account Support & Market Insight: Provide day‑to‑day account management support, market updates, and client presentations to drive informed decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Planning Executive: Support media planning teams in building strategic campaigns across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience research, campaign coordination, reporting, and working closely with clients and media owners.
  • AV Executive: Focus on Audio & Visual advertising campaigns including TV, video, cinema, and streaming platforms. You’ll assist with campaign planning, scheduling, reporting, and market analysis.
  • Client Leadership: You will play a critical role within the team, providing broader assistance and support in the day-to-day account management, including; competitor and market updates, building presentations and/or charts, finance management, and working with specialists and various departments.
  • Cross Media Planning Executive: Help coordinate campaigns that run across multiple media channels. You’ll support campaign delivery, performance reporting, audience analysis, and collaboration between specialist teams.
  • Programmatic Executive: Support the planning, activation, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns using automated buying platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include audience targeting, campaign setup and monitoring, performance analysis, reporting, and working closely with media owners, technology partners, and specialist teams to deliver effective digital campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Basic numeracy skills
