Job Summary

Own the ad creative engine and translate data into action across a lean marketing team that pairs freelance flexibility with performance rigor.

  • Ad Creative Ownership: steer briefs to launches with cross-functional input from creators, editors, CRO, organic, and Paid Ads squads.
  • Team Leadership: set direction, drive performance, raise the bar, and align with the CEO and executives.
  • Insight to Action: test angles, define the target audience, and convert findings into scalable tactics.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and streamline the Ad Creative process — from brief to launch — coordinating with creators, editors, CRO, organic, and Paid Ads teams
  • Lead the marketing team: set direction, manage performance, raise the bar
  • Make strategic marketing decisions alongside the CEO and Marketing Executives
  • Test angles, own our target audience, and translate insights into action
  • Analyse ad performance and extract what actually matters
  • Stay ahead of creative trends and watch competitors closely
  • Build and maintain a dynamic tracking and performance system across the team
  • Keep branding consistent across every platform and touchpoint
