Job Summary

Own social media content strategy and creator outreach while building a flow of leads through corporate outreach, networking, and event-driven campaigns.

  • Social content and creator partnerships: plan, shoots, and influencer outreach.
  • Corporate outreach and lead generation: identify clients, nurture relationships, and drive event bookings.
  • Campaign planning and performance: align with offers, launches, and events and optimize based on data.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing social media content plans across relevant platforms.
  • Creating engaging content that reflects the personality, tone, and energy of each brand.
  • Organising and coordinating content shoots.
  • Capturing, briefing, or managing photo and video content.
  • Planning and supporting marketing campaigns around key offers, launches, events, seasonal moments, and business priorities.
  • Managing influencer outreach, collaborations, and relationships.
  • Identifying suitable creators, local personalities, community figures, and brand partners.
  • Supporting paid social media activity, including Meta ad campaigns.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
  • Keeping the brands active, visible, relevant, and engaging online.

Requirements
