Own and optimize multi-platform social media efforts and paid campaigns, driving lead generation, audience research, creative testing, budget monitoring, and performance reporting across Meta and related channels.

Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create professional posts, videos, reels and promotional content.
- Plan and manage Meta paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads and customer enquiries.
- Research local target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
- Create and test different adverts, offers and content.
- Monitor advertising budgets, leads and cost per lead.
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously improve results.
- Advise management on advertising strategy, budgets and new marketing opportunities.
- Track enquiries, appointments, surveys and potential sales.
Requirements
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook advertising.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Creative with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to identify target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
- Comfortable analysing advertising data and making improvements.
- Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently.
- Commercially minded and focused on generating customers, not just likes and followers.
Preferred
- Experience in heating, renewable energy, solar, battery storage, boilers or home improvement would be an advantage.
- Experience with Google Ads, Canva, TikTok or LinkedIn advertising would be desirable.
