Job Summary

Own and drive venue marketing across social, events and partnerships, from content creation and live coverage to promotions, audience growth and influencer collaborations.

  • Manage promotional teams, partnerships and local community relationships

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and scheduling engaging content across all social media channels.
  • Capturing live content during trading sessions, including reels, stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Managing audience engagement through social media and direct messaging.
  • Growing our email database and WhatsApp community.
  • Promoting venue events and driving ticket sales across multiple platforms.
  • Delivering exciting in-venue marketing campaigns and brand activations.
  • Building customer loyalty through data capture and guest engagement.
  • Recruiting, training and motivating a team of promotional staff and venue representatives.
  • Managing influencer partnerships and measuring campaign performance.
  • Developing relationships with local businesses, universities, student groups and sports teams.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months’ experience in a marketing, promotions or brand-focused role.
  • A proven track record of increasing social media engagement, customer sign-ups and venue footfall.
  • Confidence creating engaging content for platforms including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Experience managing promotional teams, ambassadors or brand representatives.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan campaigns and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, energetic approach and willingness to be present during busy trading sessions.
