Responsibilities

• Working alongside the account manager to ensure that clients are updated on project plans and timings, identifying opportunities for campaign optimisation and client growth.
• Fostering a collaborative environment among team members to optimise project efficiency.
• Preparing and delivering comprehensive performance reports to clients, providing insightful analysis and recommendations based on (KPIs).
• Ensuing accountability among stakeholders by monitoring task completion and deliverables.
• Upholding established business systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements

• You have proven experience of working as a marketing or digital project manager within either a creative agency or an internal marketing team where you are able to juggle multiple projects with varying deadlines with ease.
• You are highly organised and enjoy building rapport with internal colleagues and clients alike, coming up with solutions to problems should they arise.
• You enjoy looking at ways that projects can be more efficient, whether that be through efficiencies in process etc - they are up for innovation or new ideas.
• Proven experience in marketing project management within a marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret simple data and derive actionable insights.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time management
