Lead production across YouTube, LinkedIn, X and other channels while building scalable playbooks and SOPs.
Drive operations, AI-enabled workflows, and public-facing presence for personal and agency growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Marketing
Study the best creators and agencies in each channel, work out why their content performs, and build VisibleIQ's version as a written playbook.
Run YouTube production end to end: research, titles, thumbnails, outlines, assets, editor coordination and upload, so every video is ready before the founder records.
Create the right content for each channel: what works on YouTube is different from LinkedIn and X, and you know the difference.
Run our LinkedIn and X output, from visuals to scheduling to weekly performance reviews.
Repurpose our content for Threads, Instagram and our LinkedIn pages.
Turn what resonates with our audience into a steady flow of lead magnets, from idea to distribution.
Your own brand
Build your own presence on LinkedIn and X as part of the VisibleIQ content team, posting regularly about what you're learning and building.
Use your audience to support VisibleIQ's reach, and bring the lessons back into our playbooks.

Requirements

2+ years in marketing, content or operations for an agency, creator or SaaS company.
Work you personally produced, with results you can show.
Experience managing a content calendar, freelancers or deadlines end to end.
You use AI daily and have built something real with it: a workflow, automation, tool or system, not just prompts in ChatGPT.
Hands-on experience with AI agents such as Claude Code or Codex, or automation tools such as n8n or Make.
Good taste: you know great content when you see it, and you notice when AI output isn't good enough.
Comfortable building a public profile on LinkedIn and X.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred

Bonus points
Agency experience with US or UK clients.
Experience growing a LinkedIn page or X account.
An existing audience on LinkedIn or X.
