Job Summary

Own the data-to-insight pipeline for marketing operations, turning data from Salesforce and analytics tools into actionable optimizations that improve pipeline, campaign ROI, and lead quality.

  • Own reporting & analytics: build and distribute regular dashboards covering pipeline, ROI, and lead quality for marketing and sales teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and system hygiene: manage data cleansing, segmentation, and Salesforce reporting to drive reliable insights.
  • Collaborate on campaign measurement and process improvements: track performance, provide data-driven feedback, and streamline operations for efficiency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Reporting & Analytics: Build, generate, and distribute regular marketing performance reports and dashboards (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering key metrics such as pipeline generation, campaign effectiveness, lead quality, Target Account list alignment and ROI.
  • Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within marketing systems, particularly Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. Assist in data cleansing and segmentation efforts.
  • Salesforce Administration & Support: Provide support for Salesforce, including report creation, dashboard development, data analysis, and basic user support. Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure alignment.
  • Business Analytics Tool Proficiency: Utilise various business analytics tools to extract, analyse, and visualise marketing data. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, translating data into actionable recommendations for the marketing team.
  • Lead upload and follow up: follow and track the progress of leads from activity through the funnel to pipeline. Includes uploading of lead data and SDR progress
  • Campaign Support: Assist in tracking and measuring the performance of specific marketing campaigns, providing data-driven feedback for optimisation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the EMEA Security Marketing team with ad hoc data analysis requests and reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Critical Proficiency in Business Analytics Tools: Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel advanced features).
  • Critical Proficiency in Salesforce: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce for reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying trends and insights from data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus.
  • Experience in a marketing operations or analytics support role within a B2B technology environment is desirable.
