Job Summary

Own end-to-end event marketing across Worthing Theatres and Museum, coordinating multi-channel campaigns for live events, film and museum content, while aligning with pricing and release schedules.

  • Campaign Ownership: plan, deliver and optimize integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned media for one-night events and week-long productions.
  • Team & Collaboration: manage Campaigns Officers and creatives, run weekly alignment meetings, and provide coaching and development support.
  • Content & Assets: approve digital, print, social, and email assets; oversee video, photography and design output with the videographer.
  • Channel & Analytics: oversee email, social, website and paid channels; review analytics to improve targeting and channel mix.
  • Asset Production & Trailers: work with the videographer to produce cinema trailers and ensure film/museum content briefs are met on deadline.
  • Ticketing & Reporting: coordinate with the ticketing team to ensure cinema screenings are wired in Spektrix and sales reporting is delivered regularly.
  • Audience & Briefs: develop campaign briefs, audience targeting and channel strategies for each production, ensuring cross-channel integration.
  • Brand & Consistency: ensure high-quality content and consistency with brand across all channels and audience segments.
  • Collaboration with PR: liaise with external PR/comms partner to align media and marketing activities.
  • Workflow & Capacity: allocate workload to match production demands and manage calendar timelines across the team.

  • Demonstrable marketing experience in arts, culture or live events and campaign delivery across multiple channels.
  • Line management experience and strong written/editorial communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (email, social, analytics) and project management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage complex calendars and cross-team dependencies.
  • Knowledge of the arts or cultural sector.
  • Experience with PR or comms partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Spektrix or similar ticketing CRM.
  • Experience briefing and managing creative freelancers.
