Job Summary

Own the multi-venue marketing effort, leading a small team to plan and deliver trackable campaigns that drive attendance, revenue and brand impact across events, conferences and community activities.

  • Lead and develop a small marketing team with recruitment, workload planning and performance management to ensure delivery against commercial targets.
  • Own the marketing budget, optimise spend across channels, and drive measurable ROI for campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with commercial, operations, and events teams to tailor campaigns and collateral for conferences, exhibitions, and broader venue activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small marketing team, including recruitment, workload planning and prioritisation, performance management, training, team meetings and one-to-ones.
  • Manage and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend and optimisation of return on investment across campaigns and channels.
  • Plan and deliver integrated, trackable multi-channel marketing campaigns that support the full venue offer, including ticketed events, conferences and exhibitions, hospitality, attractions and community activity, ensuring delivery against contractual and commercial targets. Work closely with commercial and operational teams to align marketing activity with sales targets, yield strategies and revenue objectives.
  • Support the conferences and exhibitions team with marketing requirements, including promotion of trade events and expos, and the development of tailored collateral and materials to drive awareness, attendance and commercial outcomes.
