Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end marketing programs that blend insight-led campaigns with cross-channel execution to generate leads, grow digital engagement, and boost eCommerce metrics.

  • Campaign orchestration: plan, deliver, report, and optimize integrated programs aligned to local goals.
  • Channel ownership: drive lead gen, website, email, CRM, and social performance while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Customer and market intelligence: capture VOC, monitor competitive activity, and translate trends into portfolio and marketing moves.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated, insight-led marketing campaigns aligned to company and country objectives.
  • Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
  • Drive lead generation, digital engagement, and eCommerce performance.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content across digital, print, and customer-facing channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and compliance across all marketing outputs.
  • Monitor and optimize digital performance across websites, email, CRM, and social platforms.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to support sales objectives and pipeline development.
  • Represent Marketing in client meetings, co-leading discussions to strengthen partnerships and present strategic initiatives.
  • Arrange and hold meetings with current and prospective clients.
  • Hold progress and review meetings to identify new opportunities and evolving customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, MBA
  • Strong data analysis skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, creative, and digital teams.
  • High level of commercial acumen and business ethics.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound, accurate decisions.
  • Strong budget management and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM systems, and basic design tools.
