Job Summary

Own multi-brand marketing across dental practices and training academy, driving demand, content, and community outreach with data-led optimizations.

  • Growth/Brand: plan and execute campaigns across three brands, including paid media, email, SEO, and content.
  • Content & Digital: maintain sites, create patient-education materials, blogs, and promotional content while tracking performance.
  • Operations & Partnerships: manage external agencies, align with practice leaders, and oversee events and recruitment campaigns.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for all three businesses.
  • Manage social media channels, creating engaging and informative content.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising and email marketing.
  • Maintain and update websites, ensuring content remains current and SEO-optimised.
  • Monitor and improve online reputation through review management and patient engagement.
  • Create promotional materials, newsletters, blogs, and educational content.
  • Support recruitment campaigns for dental nurse training programmes at Treetop Dental Academy.
  • Organise community outreach events, open days, and promotional activities.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with practice managers and academy leadership to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, designers, and suppliers where required.
  • Experience managing multiple brands or business units simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in a marketing management role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse marketing data and make evidence-based decisions.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience within healthcare, education, or dental sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
