Own end to end marketing execution and team leadership, turning research into cross channel campaigns and measurable growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Lead market research and analyse industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Foster relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and collaboration.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing detailed analysis and reports using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team, promoting a collaborative environment focused on innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure all communication is clear, professional, and aligned with organisational branding standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management roles, preferably within B2B /B2C marketing environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organise multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams or projects.
  • Proficiency in analysis tools and techniques to evaluate campaign performance and market data.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and IT systems relevant to marketing functions.
  • Strong organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
