Job Summary

Own cross‑functional brand and 360° marketing for a UK Trains & Cruises portfolio, tying campaigns to commercial goals and guest experience through digital, CRM, and paid media channels.

  • Brand ownership: lead UK Trains & Cruises campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging across PR, Digital, Social, and Global Brand teams.
  • Campaign oversight: deliver integrated brand and tactical campaigns with clear metrics and monthly performance updates.
  • Cross‑functional alignment: partner with General Managers, Revenue, Operations and Sales to push commercial objectives and manage budgets and suppliers.

Job Description

  • Lead brand and marketing activity for UK Trains & Cruises properties.
  • Develop and deliver integrated 360° brand campaigns and tactical commercial campaigns.
  • Partner with General Managers, Revenue, Operations and Sales teams to support commercial objectives.
  • Coordinate with PR, Digital, Social, and Global Brand teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Support brand positioning and guest experience through collateral, product messaging, and touchpoint enhancement.
  • Drive digital marketing performance across website, CRM, Search and Paid Media channels.
  • Support communications and social media activity for UK Trains & Cruises properties.
  • Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting, and contribute to monthly business updates.
  • Manage budgets, supplier processes, purchase orders, and financial tracking for UK Trains & Cruises properties.
  • Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, with exposure in hospitality or luxury sectors.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in brand and marketing campaign execution, liaising with key stakeholders, producing marketing collateral with a strong a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and CRM.
