Job Summary

Own the multi-channel growth engine for a hospitality business by shaping strategy, digital presence, and commercial initiatives that move footfall and online orders.

  • Growth ownership: develop marketing and commercial plans to lift footfall, online orders, and revenue.
  • Channel & digital: manage website, ordering platforms, mobile apps, social campaigns, and digital engagement.
  • Insights & partnerships: analyse data, report to leadership, and build relationships with delivery partners and local businesses to expand opportunities.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and commercial strategies to increase customer footfall, online orders, and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage and optimise the company's website, online ordering systems, mobile applications, and digital presence.
  • Plan and oversee social media campaigns, online advertising, promotional offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance across in-store operations, website orders, mobile applications, and delivery platforms, recommending improvements to maximise revenue.
  • Analyse marketing and commercial data and prepare reports with strategic recommendations for management.
  • Support the launch of new products, menu items, and services based on customer demand and market trends.
  • Develop relationships with delivery partners, suppliers, and local businesses to enhance commercial opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, campaign performance, and brand development to support sustainable business growth.

Requirements

  • Degree-level qualification in Business, International Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, commercial management, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, website management, social media platforms, online ordering systems, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Ability to analyse business performance and develop strategies to improve commercial outcomes.
