Responsibilities

• Create & copy: Design eye-catching assets (e.g., in Figma, Canva, Claude) and write compelling copy for everything from social posts to case studies
• Run campaigns: Plan, build, and execute integrated campaigns spanning email, social media, and webinars. You'll write the ads, set up multi-channel activation complete with tracking, and optimise based on real-time performance
• Impact growth & strategy: Dig into the data to find what truly drives the pipeline. Run market research, test new audiences, and translate your insights into a go-to-market strategy
• Own the channels: Co-manage our organic social channels, website, and CMS updates, build HubSpot landing pages, and jump in to support events
• You'll own your projects end-to-end, from the first spark of an idea to the final data report, without agency handoffs
• This role is predominantly remote, though you must be based in the UK and open to occasional travel for team meet-ups and industry events.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years in a hands-on B2B/B2C marketing role/s where you fully owned content and campaigns (start-up and complex corporate backgrounds are both welcome)
• The skills: Strong writing, confident design in Canva/Figma/Others, and practical experience with HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and a CMS like WordPress. Comfort with AI-augmented workflows is highly valued (e.g., Claude/Gemini)
• The mindset: Proactive, commercial, and driven by impact rather than output. You spot gaps and bring ideas rather than waiting to be briefed

Preferred

• Desirable: A degree in Marketing or CIM Level 6 (other degrees are considered alongside experience/portfolio).
