Job Summary

Own mobile marketing for Rezzil’s gaming portfolio, shaping end-to-end campaigns from acquisition through monetisation and collaborating with product, design, and growth to turn player insights into stronger retention and revenue.

Growth & UA Strategy: Plan launches, updates, events, and seasonal campaigns to boost installs and first-week engagement.
Lifecycle & Monetisation: Use player data to optimise retention, engagement and monetisation across iOS/Android and VR extensions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product, creative, and development teams to define KPIs, assets, and go-to-market plans.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage marketing activity for Rezzil’s gaming products, with a special focus on mobile.
Responsibilities: Own the marketing strategy for our mobile sports game across iOS and Android.
Responsibilities: Support marketing activity for our wider gaming portfolio, including VR titles where required.
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver campaigns that drive installs, engagement, retention and revenue.
Responsibilities: Work with the Head of Marketing & Brand to define KPIs, campaign goals and reporting.
Responsibilities: Develop go-to-market plans for launches, updates, features, events and seasonal campaigns.
Responsibilities: Manage mobile gaming marketing activity across paid, organic, social, CRM, app stores and community channels.
Responsibilities: Work closely with creative, content and video teams to produce high-performing campaign assets.
Responsibilities: Support App Store Optimisation across iOS and Android, including listings, creative, messaging and testing.
Responsibilities: Use player data, campaign performance and market insight to identify opportunities to improve retention and monetisation.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with product and development teams to understand player behaviour, upcoming features and commercial goals.
Responsibilities: Track competitor activity, mobile gaming trends and sports gaming audiences.
Responsibilities: Use market intelligence tools to monitor app performance, category trends, competitor activity and audience opportunities.
Responsibilities: Brief and manage external agencies, freelancers or partners where required.
Responsibilities: Report clearly on performance, learnings and next steps.
