Job Summary

Own and drive global assessment marketing strategy in alignment with regional sales, delivering coordinated campaigns, clear KPIs, and cross-region collaboration while coaching regional teams on influencer development.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Marketing Assessment and Assessment Marketing team to develop global marketing strategies that align and support regional sales strategies over the short, medium, and long-term horizons with various marketing tactics including but not limit to events, webinars, conferences, campaigns and social.
  • Set clear strategic priorities and goals for the Assessment Marketing, with clarity and specificity to cut through amongst stakeholder groups including Assessment Group, Global Marketing, Regional and country Marketing, Assessment Sales & Marketing.
  • Evidence-based rationale for proportionate focus across products, portfolio and service upgrades.
  • Understand the influencing factors around decision making for proposing Assessment product for different purposes and segments.
  • Develop Marketing tactics and campaigns to be executed on time, on strategy, on budget and with clear and progressive KPIs.
  • Cohesion should be achieved through Assessment campaigns, building an ongoing narrative supporting OUP’s status as a trusted Assessment provider.
  • Strengthen Sales-Marketing collaboration via regular Marketing Qualified Lead(MQL) -Sales Qualified Lead(SQL) initiatives.
  • Advise and coach regions and countries on their assessment marketing influencers development.
  • Support countries and regions for influencer initiatives. Share Central initiatives and progress, provide input to countries’ marketing plans/activities, discuss and provide ongoing monitoring on KPI and share best practices
  • Support other assessment projects

Requirements

  • Previous Experience in Marketing
  • Ability to multi-task and comfortable managing/working across different project teams
  • Agility and capability to think ahead and plan proactively Familiar with marketing fundamentals (use of data, KPIs, customer value proposition, customer journey)
  • Comfortable with change and open to learning (ie CRM and automation)
  • Customer-focused, solution-focused, team player.
  • Able to think creatively and demonstrate effective problem-solving skills
  • Able to synthesize data and information and use to inform marketing plans.
  • Good communication skills

Preferred

  • Knowledge or previous experience in Assessment (desirable)
