Job Description

  • Own the London regional marketing plan and act as the primary marketing partner to the London MD and centre heads to drive local learner and client engagement.
  • Adapt national and regional campaigns for local audiences using market insight, competitor intelligence and sales needs to shape GTM activity.
  • Influence commercial planning, pipeline priorities and local go to market activity with strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all local touchpoints to maintain a cohesive regional presence.
  • Act as the marketing business partner to the national client team and design sector specific one-to-many programmes in collaboration with CRM leads.
  • Develop tailored content, campaigns and events with regional, national and online teams to support client acquisition and retention for national clients.
  • Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, outreach and local partnerships in coordination with the central team.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure timely execution, targeting and optimisation of campaigns.
  • Report London and national marketing performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend optimisations based on insights.
  • Monitor competitor activity in the region to stay ahead of market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
