Responsibilities

• Photographing properties for sales and lettings marketing
• Filming property walkthroughs, reels and video content
• Editing property photographs and videos
• Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
• Managing the company's social media accounts and content calendar
• Planning and running social media and marketing campaigns
• Creating property brochures, leaflets and other marketing materials
• Producing campaigns to attract new vendors, landlords and clients
• Promoting new listings, sales agreed, completed sales and successful lettings
• Developing creative local marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Has a strong eye for photography, design and presentation
• Is confident filming and creating video content
• Understands social media and how to create engaging content
• Has experience using Canva or similar design software
• Can edit photographs and videos
• Is creative and enjoys developing new marketing ideas
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is organised and able to manage multiple projects
• Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Has an interest in property, interiors and local marketing

Preferred

• Previous estate agency or property marketing experience would be an advantage, but we would also consider someone with a strong background in social media, content creation, photography or marketing who is keen to move into the property industry.
