Job Summary

Own UK and EU marketing storytelling by partnering with the CEO to design and rollout integrated campaigns for launches and key moments, then track results to continuously sharpen execution.

  • Cross‑functional Campaigns: Lead collaborations across Creative, Social, CRM, Paid, E‑Commerce, and Retail to ensure cohesive narratives.
  • End‑to‑End Delivery: Brief, manage, and review activity across channels with a consistent brand voice and measurement-driven optimizations.
  • Regional Perspective: Bring a distinct UK/EU perspective to complement the LA team and shape regional growth strategies.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to develop and refine House of CB’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Plan and lead the rollout of marketing activity for collection launches, brand campaigns, and key trading moments.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Social, CRM, Paid, E‑Commerce, and Retail teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
  • Brief, manage, and review marketing activity end-to-end, ensuring consistent storytelling across every channel.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using insight to refine future activity.
  • Bring fresh thinking and ideas to the table — you’ll be one of two Marketing Managers globally, with the other based in LA, and the brand will benefit from your distinct perspective on the UK and EU markets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle.
  • Proven track record of leading integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand and commercial goals into clear plans.
  • Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to influence across creative, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Genuinely plugged into the UK and European fashion and culture landscape.
