Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This is an exciting opportunity to shape the acquisition, engagement and retention strategy for a portfolio of digital learning platforms, including Kerboodle, Oxford Owl, MyiMaths and Oxford Reading Buddy.
  • The role is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven marketing strategies that increase awareness, customer acquisition, platform usage and long-term retention, while working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, product and technology teams.
  • A typical day might include analysing platform usage data, planning customer onboarding journeys, collaborating on a product campaign, briefing colleagues on customer insights, or meeting with platform stakeholders.
  • The Marketing Manager, Digital Platforms will lead acquisition and retention activity across key digital products, ensuring customers have an engaging experience throughout their journey.
  • The role combines strategic planning, campaign delivery, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making to support business growth and customer success.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Marketing Executive, Campaign Manager or similar role.
  • Experience delivering successful acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across multiple functions and teams.
  • Ability to prioritise a varied workload and manage multiple projects.

Preferred

  • Experience marketing digital platforms, products or subscription services.
  • Brand management experience.
  • A professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM).
