Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals to increase brand visibility and market share.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively through excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office tools to communicate campaign results clearly.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, utilizing strong communication skills.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data for continuous improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management within a marketing environment, especially in B2B marketing contexts.
  • Strong analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data interpretation and reporting.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams or projects effectively.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles combined with IT knowledge relevant to digital campaigns.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel; familiarity with IT systems is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality work standards.
