Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets and maintain high standards of performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimised
  • Analyse market data and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software
  • Coordinate B2B marketing campaigns to strengthen relationships with partners and clients
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare detailed reports using analysis skills to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, IT developments, and competitive landscape
  • Organise events, presentations, and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility

Requirements

  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong analysis skills for interpreting market data and campaign results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and IT tools relevant to marketing activities
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams or cross-functional groups
  • In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing practices and strategies
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and time management
  • Effective interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across departments
  • Ability to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions and technological advancements
