Responsibilities

• Alongside the Head of Marketing, you will lead the marketing strategy for Birmingham, delivering plans and activity in order to achieve our key lettings and retention targets
• You will act as a brand guardian for both Bruntwood SciTech and assist in brand building and place-making creation
• Managing the creation and production of marketing materials across different mediums including CGIs, videography, brochures, photography, hoarding, social media assets
• Developing engaging PR for key milestones and deals and managing the stakeholder approval process effectively
• Building strong relationships with the Commercial, Asset Management and internal project teams to collectively deliver our Birmingham business plan
• Working closely with our central content and digital marketing teams to create and lead on integrated campaigns to support commercial objectives and increase lead generation
• Analysing and reporting on campaign performance and effectiveness, in order to drive improved conversions
• Working effectively with a range of national and sector suppliers, partners, stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities
• Staying ahead of industry trends for the commercial property, tech and science sectors

Requirements

• Experience managing end to end marketing campaigns from inception to completion, thinking creatively and pragmatically to achieve commercial success
• Ability to work autonomously within a marketing capacity, driving and taking ownership of campaigns
• A keen collaborator, working with other departments to drive successful campaigns, leaning on different areas of expertise and knowledge
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple marketing projects at a time
• Ideally you’ll have a marketing related degree or equivalent qualification
• Commercially focused with a keen interest in property, tech, innovation and science
• Someone who is comfortable with a hands-on role in a growing and ambitious startup environment
