Job Summary

Build and coordinate multi-channel marketing programs across PR, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling, aligning with business goals while leading a small marketing team through execution, measurement, and external partnerships.

  • Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline touchpoints; plan, execute, and optimize for impact.
  • Oversee PR, media relations, and brand communications to raise visibility and support launches.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of the overall marketing plan in line with business goals
  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social, PR, and offline channels
  • Coordinate promotional activity and support product launches
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clear recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support campaign planning and decision-making
  • Manage the current social media and creative team
  • Oversee day-to-day workflow, priorities, and delivery
  • Support collaboration across marketing and creative teams
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual direction across all channels
  • Oversee content planning and campaign execution across social media and wider marketing activity

Requirements

  • 3-6 years’ experience in a marketing role with broad exposure across multiple channels
  • Proven experience in PR and media outreach, which is essential for this role
  • Experience planning and delivering marketing campaigns
  • Experience coordinating projects and working with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong understanding of brand, content, digital marketing, and PR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships

Preferred

  • Experience working with agencies or third-party marketing suppliers
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing, partnerships, or event coordination
  • Familiarity with CRM or email marketing platforms
