Job Summary

Own partner-driven B2B awareness and referrals for a UK charity, blending digital and offline channels to reach professionals who support young people.

  • Partner growth and channel strategy: build and run targeted campaigns with networks, choosing the right channels and messages to motivate partner organisations.
  • Content collaboration: brief and review partner-facing content with our creative team, using data to lift performance over time.
  • Opportunity discovery aligned to EDI: identify new partnership opportunities and measure impact to inform next steps.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • lead the development and delivery of targeted marketing strategies that strengthen our relationships with partners and position the Trust as a trusted and impactful organisation within the sector.
  • focus on increasing awareness of our services through partner networks, using a blend of digital and traditional channels to reach professionals who support young people.
  • collaborate closely with our in-house creative services team to commission and review high-quality, partner-facing content, and use data and insight to improve performance continuously.
  • play a key role in identifying new opportunities to grow and deepen partnerships, ensuring our approach aligns with and supports our EDI strategy.
  • This role is perfect for you if you are confident using a range of marketing skills, including digital channels and campaigns, to engage professional audiences and generate referrals.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the B2B marketing communications mix, knowing how to select the right channels and messages to influence and motivate partner organisations.

Requirements

  • 12-month fixed-term contract – maternity cover
  • Hybrid role with a minimum of two days in the office and an expectation to travel when required
  • Location: Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow, Manchester or London
