Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver the annual marketing strategy and tactical plan, ensuring alignment with company revenue and sales targets.
  • Generate sales leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, CRM automation, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reporting, email campaigns, and lead tracking to ensure seamless lead management and conversion.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, optimizing for performance and ROI.
  • Oversee website management, SEO strategies, and content marketing efforts via WordPress to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and maintain active social media presence across relevant platforms, engaging with audiences and promoting brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for design, photography, video production, and marketing materials creation.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and events from concept to completion, ensuring effective brand representation and lead capture.
  • Produce and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues, case studies, and newsletters to support sales and branding efforts.
  • Support product launches and new business initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in B2B lead generation, particularly using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and Expandi (or similar outbound automation platforms). A strong understanding of CRM systems, especially HubSpot, including workflow automation, pipeline management, and reporting, is essential. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with experience in campaign setup, optimization, and budget management, is required. Additionally, familiarity with WordPress for content management and website administration, coupled with a solid grasp of Google Analytics 4 for data analysis, is necessary.
  • Candidates should demonstrate competency in social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and managing organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn. Experience in briefing and managing external creative agencies and freelancers, along with budget management and reporting, is highly valued.
  • A marketing degree or CIM qualification is preferred, with B2B sector experience being essential.
  • Candidates should also have experience working closely with sales teams in lead-generation-focused environments.

  • The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 50,000 per annum, complemented by a profit-related bonus scheme. The role offers standard working hours from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Please note that this is an office-based role, requiring physical presence at the company's Colchester location.
