Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a hands-on marketing or digital marketing role.
• Proven experience of effectively leading, managing, and growing a team, including mentoring, encouraging, and supporting junior staff.
• Proven track record of managing social media, producing videos, content creation, and website updates.
• Experience organising or participating in trade shows, PR, and partner/sponsor marketing.
• Technical Skills: Required: Knowledge of and practical experience with AI tooling for marketing (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar generative AI platforms for copy and video).
• Proficiency in website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, or similar).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro or AI-based video tools).
• Proficiency with social media management, CRM (Pipedrive), and analytics software.
• Budget management, fee negotiation, and partner scope drafting.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred

• Exposure to and understanding of the Media and Entertainment and/or video tech community is highly desirable.
• Desirable: Experience with AWS and/or GCP Partner Programs
